We typically offer a 1 year warranty from any manufacturing defect.
What is your return & exchange policy?
On stock items you can return your product within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund, credit, or exchange if you are not 100% totally satisfied. Returns are dependent upon the circumstances and conditions of the product. Custom item returns are possible but taken on a case by case basis. At Fugate Drums’ discretion, returns may be subject to a restocking charge. You will be required to provide a copy of the sales receipt from the time of sale when returning any product. Fugate products must be in the original packaging with all accessories such as hardware, care products, product literature, and any other items that were initially shipped with it. The product must be in the original condition as when it was shipped, with no scratches, dents or dings.
Does Fugate Drums provide financing?
It is possible and taken on a case by case basis.

How can Fugate Drums help with tuning & repairs?
If you have old, worn-down musical instruments, missing parts, broken hardware or need
retuning, we may very well have a solution for you. Over time, bar percussion instruments tend to go out of tune. At our Morton location, you can receive repairs on marimbas, xylophones, vibraphones, drums, and other band and orchestra instruments. Feel free to send us an email or give us a call to request a quote on any repairs or tuning services.
What is drum shell customization?
Our patented drum shells incorporate a tuned drum shell. We can discuss with you your musical needs and help you develop a custom tuning on your drum shell(s).
